Our client, a well-established and growing warehouse operation based in Dunstable , is currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor (Goods In / Operations) to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on warehouse professional with supervisory experience looking to step into a stable and structured leadership role within a busy logistics environment.
The Role You will take responsibility for overseeing the Goods In function , ensuring inbound deliveries are processed efficiently, accurately and in line with operational standards.
You will also provide supervision and operational cover within pick and pack operations when required, supporting overall warehouse performance and productivity.
Reporting to the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards across safety, compliance and team performance.
