An international business based in Farnborough is offering a great opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor with strong stores and logistics experience to join its growing team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse and supervise a small team, ensuring all Goods-in and Goods-out are dealt with efficiently to meet the demands of the business. Strong communication skills will be needed as you’ll be liaising with international customers and freight forwarders and dealing with any issues that arise. Areas of responsibility include: Health & Safety Stock & Warehouse Management Team Leadership Customer Service Process Improvement & Compliance The Warehouse Supervisor will have: Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics processes. Knowledge of Legal and H&S regulations in the workplace and stock, purchasing and sales order systems. Good IT skills with the ability to create Excel reports and maintain spreadsheets. Solid knowledge of shipping goods with the correct documentation to ensure legal compliance.
