Warehouse Supervisor

Quest Employment are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations during the afternoon shift. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain inventory accuracy, and lead the warehouse team to meet productivity and safety standards.
Salary: £27,000 (monthly)
Shift: Monday to Saturday (one day off in the middle of the week)
Working Hours: 12:00 PM 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities

Monitor receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods

Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock management

Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff

Maintain health and safety standards at all times

Prepare daily and weekly performance reports

Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely deliveries

Requirements Previous experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory systems
