Staffline Recruitment are working alongside our client based at their Duncrue facility in the search for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor on a permanent basis Salary: £31K General Duties: To oversee daily operations. Responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining safety standards, and leading a small team to meet operational targets. Key Duties: Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and daily activities Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control Oversee goods in/out processes, including deliveries and dispatch Maintain health & safety standards and ensure compliance Train, support, and motivate team members Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency Essential Criteria: Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role (or similar) Strong leadership and organisational skills Good knowledge of warehouse systems and stock control procedures Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) If you meeet the criteria for this role and are interested please contact Tracy Broome on or send e-mail to Skills: warehouse supervisor warehouse manager warehouse operative
