Job Overview
Our client, a very successful logistics firm, are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee night-shift operations within their logistics centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising warehouse activities, ensuring efficient materials handling, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.

* Hours are 5.30pm - 2.30am, Monday - Friday.

Duties

* Lead and supervise night-shift warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely

* Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment safely to move heavy loads

* Assist with training new team members and providing ongoing support to staff

* Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory, shipments, and internal reports

Skills

* Proven leadership experience in warehouse management or logistics operations

* Valid Forklift, VNA and PPT Certification, is essential

* Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff during night shifts

* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and documentation
