Location: Corby, Northampton Salary: £31,800 + Bonus Working Monday - Friday (Fixed shift 9am-7PM)

Summary:

At Bis Henderson, we are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join, lead and manage a small team for a growing business. We're looking for someone with proven experience as a Warehouse Team Leader or in a similar position, ideally within a 3PL or SME environment. Experience in a multi-client setting is highly desirable. And if you have a forklift licence - even better!!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the Teams operations, including goods in, cross doc, picking and packing. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce costs while maintaining service excellence. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Lead, coach, and develop a team of operational staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to optimise productivity and foster a positive work environment. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards, ensuring all operations are conducted in a safe and secure manner.
