THE ROLE:The primary role of the Warehouse Team Leader is to lead the Goods Out / logistics team in the accurate picking, order preparation, stock management / rotation and general warehouse best practice, maximising efficiencies to provide timely availability to meet customer expectations. Undertake thorough quality and quantity checks on all orders to achieve 100% on- time and in full targets. Working closely with both the Transport & Logistics and Planning Supervisor on a daily basis to manage the manufacture / availability of required stock to meet your picking priorities.
