The Best Connection are recruiting for a Night shift/Late Shift Warehouse Team leader for one of our clients in Bedford. This role is a temp to perm opportunity to join one of the UK's largest distributors of plumbing supplies. The shift pattern is Sunday-Thursday from 18:00 - 03:00 hrs, pay rate is £15.38 per hour. We are accepting applications who hold in date accredited Reach Truck/Counterbalance licences and at least 2-3 years supervisory experience. Responsibilities of the Night shift Warehouse Team Leader: Motivate, lead and coach a team of warehouse operatives Monitor and assign daily tasks to ensure timely and accurate order picking Carry out regular team briefings/meetings to communication expectations, goals and updates Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to and enforcing EHS policies and procedures Conduct and record keep safety inspections and report any hazards to resolution.
