You will work closely with the shift manager to plan workload and resource effectively, as well as developing the skills of your team members to support their career aspirations and increase shift capability. There’s paperwork and administration to complete as part of this role, so you’ll need an eye for detail and have the ability to work accurately and in a timely manner. The above position will be on the day shift with flexibility for covering other shifts on an adhoc basis.

You will enjoy working in a busy role which requires you to think on your feet and pro-actively problem solve - dealing with operational challenges as they arise, escalating to more senior managers if necessary.
