We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our commercial team on a permanent basis, working across major water frameworks including Severn Trent and Northumbrian Water. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping competitive bids and securing long-term work on essential UK infrastructure.

The Role:

As a Water Estimator, you will be responsible for developing accurate and competitive estimates for clean water, wastewater, and associated civils works. You will work closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure bids are compliant, competitive, and aligned with framework requirements.

Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions for water and civils projects.
Work on framework tenders and standalone schemes across Severn Trent and Northumbrian Water.
Develop cost build-ups and pricing from first principles.
Engage with supply chain partners to source competitive rates.
Support bid teams with value engineering and commercial input.
Ensure compliance with client specifications and company processes.Requirements:

Proven experience as an Estimator within the water, utilities, or civils sector.
Strong knowledge of UK water frameworks, ideally Severn Trent and/or Northumbrian Water.
Ability to develop estimates from first principles.
Commercially astute with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.What's on Offer:
