Water Hygiene Engineer\n\nLocation: South London (Southwark & Lambeth), East London (Tower Hamlets), Kent (Tunbridge Wells) – within the M25\nSalary: £30,000 – £35,000\nContract: Permanent\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to join our team, carrying out water hygiene and Legionella control works in line with ACOP L8 and HSG 274.\n\nKey Duties:\n\n * \n\n Temperature monitoring, water sampling, tank & calorifier inspections\n\n * \n\n TMV servicing and failsafe checks\n\n * \n\n Cleaning and disinfection of water systems\n\n * \n\n Minor remedial plumbing works (dead legs, pipework modifications)\n\n * \n\n Completing service reports and maintaining compliance\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Experience in water hygiene / Legionella control\n\n * \n\n Knowledge of ACOP L8 & HSG 274\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence\n\n * \n\n Good communication skills\n\nDesirable:\n\n * \n\n Plumbing qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds)\n\n * \n\n Legionella or Water Hygiene training\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary + overtime\n\n * \n\n Company vehicle, fuel card & tools\n\n * \n\n Ongoing training and development\n\n * \n\n 21 days holiday + bank holidays\n\n * \n\n Pension scheme
