Water Hygiene Engineer – North-West
£28000-£32000 + Van + Benefits
Environmental and Health and Safety Consultancy with a UK coverage are specifically looking for a Water Hygiene Engineer in the North-West of the country. Covering this region sites will include Offices, Industrial, Education and Health Care.
Some contracts are nationally based so planned stay aways are expected, but by joining a large hygiene division, these will be managed effectively to ensure work is clustered and sites can be managed effectively, whilst providing staff with a sensible work/life balance.
To apply for the Water Hygiene Engineer, the following experience is required
* A minimum of 3+ years’ experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer undertaking duties including tank cleans, water temp monitoring/sampling, descales, TMV servicing and disinfections.
* Knowledge of cooling towers/steam boilers, unvented cylinders and closed systems would be beneficial but full training offered
* DBS check (enhanced preferred)
* Ability to cover the above areas and partake in planned stay aways
The Water Hygiene Engineer will be given an extensive benefits package, opportunities to pick up plumbing and risk assessing qualifications and the chance to move into a supervisory role helping to mentor apprentice engineers.
