Water Hygiene Manager Location: Hybrid (Onsite, Home & Office) Start Date: Between 1st April 1st May 2026 Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Work Lyf Group are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Water Hygiene Manager .

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of water hygiene operations, lead a team, and support the continued growth of a respected compliance organisation.

This hybrid position involves a blend of office, home, and onsite work and will require travel to client sites across the UK and Europe, including some overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee Water Hygiene operations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.

Lead, support, and develop the water hygiene team through effective supervision and performance management.

Attend sales appointments and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Identify opportunities to upsell services and produce accurate quotations.

Schedule and book in work, ensuring efficient delivery and high service standards.

Produce reports and documentation as required.

Collaborate with internal teams to maintain workflow and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications Applicants must hold at least one of the following: Level 2 (or above) City & Guilds qualification , and/or BOHS training in Legionella , or an equivalent qualification in Water Hygiene or related disciplines.

Requirements Candidates must have: Minimum 3 years experience in a senior supervisory or team management role.

Full UK Driving Licence (clean licence preferred).

Willingness to travel throughout the UK & Europe, including overnight stays.

Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
