Our client is a prestigious and successful Water Treatment / Hygiene specialist, who have a busy presence across the South Eastern region. Due to recently winning new contracts within the M25, they are seeking a professional and reliable Water Treatment Engineer to cover local, static contracts. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded skillset and a desire to deliver high levels of service. Experience / Qualifications:-Strong experience working as a Water Treatment Engineer-Robust technical knowledge, including: HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines-Ideally will have experience with process / technical water systems in addition to domestic hot and cold-It would be advantageous to hold industry-related training courses / qualifications-Experience working across a range of sites-Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills-Strong communication skills
The Role:-CWST inspections, cleans and disinfections-TMV servicing and failsafe checks-Chlorinations on tanks-Calorifier inspections-Showerhead descales-Closed system dosing and sampling-Flushing on little used outlets-Routine water sampling and temperature monitoring-Keeping accurate records of works undertaken-Representing the company in a professional manner
