Water/Wastewater Engineer

Pay: $37-55/hr. (depending on experience level)

Eligible for a $3,000 signing bonus

Description:

We are seeking a passionate Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our team in York, PA. The Wastewater Engineer will design and develop crucial water infrastructure projects – from treatment plants to distribution systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field

Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) a plus, but not required

Minimum 2 years of experience in environmental engineering, specifically water & wastewater projects

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Deadline-driven and self-starting

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed engineering reports, including system design, cost estimates, and project timelines

Plan, permit, and design water and wastewater projects, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards

Conduct site visits to assess community water and wastewater needs

Collaborate with team members to coordinate project schedules and deliverables

Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards
