Key Responsibilities - Engage in the development and evaluation of shortlisted options for the university's website and operating model, ensuring that recommendations are grounded in findings from the discovery phase. - Assist in designing the high-level operating model for the preferred option, incorporating best practises in web technology and user experience. - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish a robust, data-driven performance monitoring process aimed at fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
