Connect Appointments is recruiting a Hygiene Supervisor to join an established food production cleaning business based in Livingston on a permanent part-time basis. Our client has been operating for over 40 years, providing specialist cleaning and hygiene services to the food, drink and pharmaceutical sectors across the UK. What's on offer? Permanent part-time position, 16 hours per week Saturday and Sunday, 6am to 2pm @ 16.19 per hour Pension scheme, on-site parking and cycle to work scheme Company benefits scheme including retail discounts, gym memberships and more As a Hygiene Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: Supervising and participating in end-of-run plant cleaning of food production lines Ensuring all work is completed to schedule and meets hygiene, quality and safety requirements Communicating with key client personnel and reporting any issues that may impact the clean Maintaining and updating documents, procedures and ensuring correct equipment and materials are available Ensuring the hygiene team are fully trained in health and safety, hygiene and environmental requirements The ideal Hygiene Supervisor will have: Previous supervisory and cleaning experience, ideally within a food production environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, approachable manner A flexible and adaptable approach to changing client requirements A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel High standards of work ethic and a keen eye for detail Interested?
