Weighbridge Operative

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Weighbridge Operative to join a food manufacturing business local to Mildenhall. This is a varied role that combines weighbridge duties with laboratory support, stock control, and general site operations.

Working Hours:

* Monday to Wedensday & Friday 6:00am – 4:00pm

* Thursdays 06:00am - 5:00 pm

* Flexibility required to work Saturdays and Bank Holidays when needed paid overtime

Key Responsibilities:

* Operating the weighbridge and accurately recording weights

* Creating delivery documentation and packs

* Supporting laboratory operations, including wheat testing

* Carrying out stock takes and maintaining accurate inventory records

* Assisting with general site duties as required

Requirements:

* Comfortable working at heights (role involves climbing ladders during stock takes)

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others

* Good attention to detail and organisational skills

* Flexible and willing to support across different areas of the business
