We have a wonderful opportunity for a Welcome Host to join our vibrant Rapport team at our client's offices in Paddington. With a team of 5 Rapport Ambassadors, you will play a crucial part in providing the highest level of service and care to all stakeholders across 3 buildings.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)

Main responsibilities Lobby hosting and delivering excellent guest service and welcome, ensuring all guests are acknowledged in a professional manner according to the defined procedure with eye contact and a friendly smile Proactively gathering information and feedback from customers Maintaining the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately Proactively managing enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner Communicating and/or escalating any new/ongoing/potential issues and complaints to your Senior, so that they are addressed accordingly Working as part of the team, listening, taking, and giving instructions from senior team and colleagues to ensure that all daily tasks are completed
