About The Role
Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for Team Members that can give that extra bit of sparkle to our guest’s holiday. You will be working in our busy check-in as part of the Welcome Team, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests first impressions are ones to remember.
As Welcome Team you will be welcoming guests onto the resort, checking them in, giving directions around the resort, and working closely with Guest Services team to ensure check in areas and run smoothly.
This role is PART TIME , working mostly on our busy Monday and Friday intake days, however flexibility is essential.
Hours of work may vary slightly but applicants must be available until 10pm on Mondays and Fridays.
