First 12 Weeks:

Basic Rate: £18.09/hr (£20.72/hr including holiday pay) Overtime: £27.13/hr (£31.07/hr including holiday pay) Sundays: £36.17/hr (£41.43/hr including holiday pay)After 12 Weeks:

Basic Rate: £18.64/hr (£21.35/hr including holiday pay) Overtime: £27.95/hr (£32.02/hr including holiday pay) Sundays: £37.27/hr (£42.69/hr including holiday pay)

Role Overview

We are seeking two experienced Welder Fabricators with Fitting experience to join the Gimbals production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end manufacture of bellows and gimbal assemblies, transforming raw materials into high-specification aerospace components.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacture of bellows and gimbal assemblies from raw material to final product Use of hand tools and precision equipment TIG welding, brazing, seam welding, and aluminium welding Lathe turning (standard and integrals) Assembly of RR units and gimbals Resistance and Electron Beam Welding Conducting tests, including NDT and X-ray inspections Working to tight tolerances and interpreting technical drawings and SOPs Quality assurance of products within declared capability Participation in lean manufacturing (5S) and 8D problem-solving activities Essential Skills & Experience Proficient i...
