Fabricator Welder Location: Warmley, Bristol (BS30) Salary: £31,200 per annum + Overtime Available Hours: Full Time – 40 Hours per Week
Are you an experienced Fabricator Welder looking to join a busy and established workshop team? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected engineering firm based in Bristol, specialising in the full fabrication and assembly of industrial units.
As a Fabricator Welder, you’ll be working hands-on across all areas of the sheet metal fabrication process – from cutting and folding to welding and fitting. You’ll be involved in everything from full production to off-spec repairs, using your initiative and precision to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:

Fabrication and welding of sheet metal and steel sections (1mm to 15mm)
*
Use of manual and CNC machinery including guillotines and press brakes
*
MIG welding of parts and structures
*
Metal cutting via plasma and flame methods
*
Soundproofing and generator assembly tasks
*
Working on off-spec or bespoke jobs when required
*
General workshop and yard support (loading/unloading)
Requirements:
*
Strong background in sheet metal fabrication and welding
*
MIG welding experience essential
*
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
