MIG Welder / Fabricator Shift Pattern Opportunity
We are currently recruiting MIG Welder Fabricators to join our growing team. This role offers a structured shift pattern, competitive pay, and excellent worklife balance options.
Pay & Benefits
Hourly rate up to £16.50 once fully trained
Additional 2% pay increase for participation in the shift pattern
Lower weekly hours: 37.5 hours per week
Overtime paid
Structured 12-week training programme before moving onto the shift pattern
Shift Pattern Options
The shift pattern can be tailored based on employee preference and operational requirements, with options including:
Week-on / week-off basis
Fortnightly rotation
Permanent early shift with permanent late shift team
Proposed Shifts:
Morning Shift: 06:00 14:00
Afternoon Shift: 12:00 20:00
The Role
MIG welding and fabrication to engineering drawings
Working to high quality and safety standards
Collaborating with an established fabrication team
What Were Looking For
Experience in MIG welding and fabrication
Ability to read and work from technical drawings
A reliable and positive approach to shift work
