Role: Welder Fabricator

Hours: 40 hours | Days only - early finish Fridays

Location: Chesterfield

Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum (DOE) | overtime opportunities at enhanced rates

We are partnering with our client to recruit a skilledFabricator/Welderto join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on ahands-on, permanent rolewith excellent pay and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components according to technical drawings and specifications
• MIG, TIG welding on various materials
• Operate hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and prepare materials
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
• Maintain a safe, organised, and clean working environment

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder or in a similar role
• Skilled in a range of welding techniques, MIG & TIG desirable
• Experience working with a variety of materials e.g. various steels, sheet metal, aluminium, duplex etc.
• Ability to confidently read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
