The Role As a Welding Operative, you will be responsible for producing high-quality precision components using both manual and semi-automatic welding processes. Working to detailed drawings, specifications, and quality standards, you will play a key role in maintaining the company’s reputation for accuracy and excellence. Key Responsibilities Operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipment Work to approved drawings, work instructions, and quality standards Visually inspect welds to internal, customer, and international standards Complete production and inspection documentation accurately Carry out daily machine checks and basic maintenance Follow Health & Safety, PPE, and 5S requirements Communicate progress and issues effectively within the team About You ARC welding and/or gas welding experience OR manufacturing experience with a desire to learn welding Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Methodical, reliable, and quality-focused Able to work accurately under pressure Proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop Full training, including welding qualifications and assessments, will be provided.
