Key Responsibilities Welding and fabrication of Mild Steel and Stainless Steel Primary focus on MIG Welding Training provided to develop TIG Welding capabilities Working to engineering drawings and production plans Ensuring high-quality workmanship and safe working practices Training & Progression Candidates starting at Grade 2 or Grade 3 will follow a structured Training & Competency Matrix designed to support progression to the next grade and pay bracket.
