A well-established manufacturing organisation based in Wellingborough is currently seeking a high-quality TIG & MIG Welder to join its production team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

Working within the production welding team, you will be responsible for assembling and welding complex instrumentation to exacting quality standards, using a range of jigs, fixtures, welding plant, and manipulators.

Key Responsibilities Carry out TIG (and some MIG) welding to a consistently high standard Weld stainless steel components in line with engineering drawings and specifications Work towards welding across the full size and product range, meeting all quality requirements Undertake basic assembly tasks including pressure testing and helium leak testing Support production engineering with shop-floor documentation Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work areas in line with housekeeping standards Support customer inspection activities when required Participate in c...
