We’re working with a well-established engineering and fabrication company in Liverpool, currently looking to expand their team with skilled Fabricator Welders or Welders. This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking long-term, steady work with excellent pay and the chance to work both in the workshop and on-site.\n\nOur client is open to conversations with a wide range of candidates from 1 year of experience up to 10 years plus. We can also accept limited company contractors.\n\nPay Rates:\n\n * £15–£22 per hour (Higher end achievable with codings and fabrication experience)\n\nKey Duties:\n\n * MIG and/or TIG welding of steel components\n\n * Reading and working from engineering drawings\n\n * Fabrication and assembly of metal structures\n\n * Occasional travel to site for installation or fitting work\n\n * Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient work environment\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * Previous experience as a fabricator welder (2+ years ideal)\n\n * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings\n\n * Confident with MIG welding (TIG experience a bonus)\n\n * CSCS card and coded welding certs\n\n * Reliable, team player with a strong work ethic\n\n * Driving licence but not essential\n\nWhat You’ll Get:\n\n * Excellent hourly rates – paid weekly\n\n * Monday to Friday daytime hours (no regular weekends)\n\n * Ongoing, full-time work with long-term potential\n\n * Supportive and well-organised working environment\n\n * Opportunities to earn more through site work
