What You'll Do: As a Welder, you'll work on a variety of heavy-duty fabrications including vehicle axles, chassis, and crop sprayer booms. You'll be involved in: MIG welding mild steel (6mm-50mm thick)

Preparing and finishing fabrications for shot blast and paint

Grinding, sanding, and de-splattering components

Interpreting and working from engineering drawings

Helping us meet quality and production targets

? What We're Looking For: Experience with MIG welding and working with heavy mild steel

Ability to read engineering drawings accurately

A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality

Fabrication experience (desirable, not essential)

Forklift and overhead crane certification (training can be provided)
