Location: Kettering Salary: Up to 40k depending on experience Our client is currently seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join a growing engineering and manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced welder with fabrication skills who enjoys working on a variety of projects and producing high-quality work. Responsibilities: Perform MIG / TIG / MMA welding on a range of metal components Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications Fabricate and assemble metal structures and parts Cut, shape and prepare materials using fabrication tools and machinery Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards Carry out inspections and basic maintenance on welding equipment Work independently or as part of a team to meet production deadlines Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong fabrication and metalworking skills Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work safely in a workshop environment Welding certifications or relevant engineering qualifications Experience working with mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminium WR Engineering are the #1 recruitment partner for engineering, manufacturing & technical sales jobs.
