Are you a wellness professional with experience supporting diverse or specialist groups? Do you have a background in high-end leisure or hospitality environments?

We are delighted to offer an outstanding opportunity to lead and co-ordinate wellness activities within a luxury private retirement community serving ultra-high-net-worth residents.

This exceptional setting offers world-class facilities in beautiful surroundings. In this role, you will build strong relationships with residents and guide them in choosing the activities and services that best support their wellbeing. Your work will span planning and delivering activity programmes, providing personalised exercise guidance, liaising with external specialists, and supporting the organisation of wellbeing events.

Success in this position requires a holistic approach to wellbeing and the ability to connect with local health and community providers to ensure an impeccable standard of care.

We are looking for someone with a solid fitness foundation and a versatile skill set, including activity planning, coordination, and basic budgeting.

Requirements
Recognised wellness or fitness qualification
Experience working in a luxury or premium environment
Experience supporting older adults
Proven ability to create and deliver a diverse activity programme
