We are seeking an experienced Wet Spray Painter to join our Production team. The role involves preparing and painting precision components for earth-moving equipment in line with company procedures, customer specifications, and health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and wet spray paint complex components to industry standards
- Follow detailed work instructions and specifications
- Ensure high-quality workmanship at all times
- Support the Paint Shop Team Leader and production team as required
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Skills & Experience
- Ideally 2+ years wet spray painting experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow technical instructions
- Good work ethic and team player
- Able to work independently
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
Working Pattern
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Day Shift: 14:30 23:00 and Friday 11:30-17:00
- Overtime as required
