Burch Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our valued client, a well-established same-day delivery and installation company, for experienced and reliable White Goods Installers to join their growing team.

This is a full-time position, weekly pay with up to 6 working days per week opportunity (including weekends), depending on operational demands and the opportunity to be part of a friendly, professional two-person crew delivering excellent service to customers.

About the Role:

Youll be delivering and installing white goods directly to customer homes from a depot based in the Croydon. The role involves carrying goods into the home, unpacking, positioning, and performing full installations (e.g., connecting washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, or refrigerators). Youll work alongside a colleague as part of a two-person installation team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience installing white goods in customer homes
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic DIY or trade skills (e.g., using drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, and hand tools)
  • Physically fit and confident lifting heavy items safely
  • Reliable and punctual, with a professional attitude
  • Carrying, unpacking, and installing white goods in customers homes (room of choice)
    Flexible availability for up to 6 days per week, as part of a 7-day operation

Home delivery experience is preferred but not essential

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Early starts from our Croydon depot
  • Carrying, unpacking, and installing white goods in customers homes
  • Ensuring safe and correct installation of all appliances
  • Working as part of a two-person team
  • Completing your route typically within a 9-hour shift
