Studio Ellis is an independent London-based fashion house overseeing several established womenswear brands. As the business continues to grow, we are seeking a Wholesale Operations Coordinator to support the operational systems behind our wholesale business.

This role focuses on managing wholesale orders through Zedonk, coordinating dispatch with our 3PL partners, and maintaining accurate operational records across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage wholesale orders in Zedonk, including order entry, invoicing, dispatch, reorders, returns, and credit notes 

• Maintain operational tracking spreadsheets including orders, dispatch schedules, invoices, and payment tracking 

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with 3PL partners 

• Support stock alignment between internal systems and 3PL warehouses 

• Provide administrative support to sales teams and external agents 

• Conduct occasional coordination visits to UK and EU 3PL partners 

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in fashion wholesale operations 

• Strong hands-on experience using Zedonk (essential) 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel 

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail 

• Comfortable coordinating orders, logistics, and operational processes across multiple brands 

Travel: Occasional travel to UK and EU 3PL partners.
