About the Role

Are you an experienced Will Writer looking for a role where you can take ownership and grow a private client service? Our firm is seeking a motivated professional to manage our will writing and associated private client services, working alongside our Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) and wider team.

This is a hands-on, service delivery and growth-focused position. You will manage your own caseload of clients, delivering high-quality advice on wills, estate planning, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and probate. The role does not require you to be a qualified solicitor, but you should have the technical knowledge and practical experience to handle matters competently and independently.

You will work closely with IFAs, Directors, the administrative team, and external professionals where required. While the role requires autonomy and ownership of cases, it is set within a collaborative environment that values communication, teamwork, and cross-referrals.
