Our client is a friendly established high street practice based in Chichester looking for an experienced lawyer to take over an existing caseload of Wills, Probate & Estate matters, LPAs and Elderly Client work. Any experience with Trusts or COP work would be an advantage. You will also be advising individuals on related personal Tax issues including IHT & CGT liabilities.

STEP membership would be preferred (not essential), and the ability to work unsupervised would allow for some home/remote working. xrlawcv
