Impact Recruitment are supporting a specialist electrical manufacturing business operating at the sharp end of performance engineering. They produce complex, precision-built wiring harnesses for technically demanding applications where quality, reliability and attention to detail are non-negotiable. This is not repetitive bench work. You will be building everything from high voltage cables through to intricate, multi-branch harnesses, working from detailed drawings and, at times, minimal information to develop prototype and first-off builds. You will be trusted to think, not just assemble.
