Market 36 Recruitment are currently for a Wire Operative on behalf of our client based in Bishops Stortford on a permanent basis.

Main purpose of the role is to manufacture of wiring looms, harnesses and sub assembly items required to support the assembly and supply of capital equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Manufacture of complete wiring looms

* Small wiring cable forms

* Population and wiring of electrical and control cabinets

* Circuit wiring for tank transducers

* Ensure all operations are complete and done correctly.

* Any other duties as required.

Experience, education & qualifications

* 2+ years’ experience with wiring installations

* Attention to detail.

* Electrical Cabinet and wiring loom experience

* Have the ability to communicate on all levels.

* Previous soldering or crimping experience.

* Ability to lift up to 20kg required.

* Confident using Word and Excel to a component level.

Salary: £30,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30 – 16:00
