Job Summary Were looking for passionate and experienced All Level Wok Chefs (CDPs) to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have professional experience working on a high-volume wok station, with strong knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking techniques. You will be responsible for preparing and executing dishes to the highest standard using wok burners, ensuring consistency, speed, and quality in every service. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in delivering authentic flavours while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards. You need to be passionate about delivering exceptional food quality, using the finest ingredients in high-volume kitchen operations. Strong control of heat, timing, and seasoning, as well as the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously, is essential. The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience working as a CDP in a well-established Chinese restaurant, with hands-on wok cooking experience. Asian cuisine knowledge is desirable.
