Join a well-established, quality-driven joinery workshop producing high-end bespoke timber products. Were looking for an experienced wood machinist who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and working with solid timber and modern machinery as well as classical.
Key Responsibilities for a Wood Machinist:
Operate woodworking machinery (Planer, Thicknesser, Spindle Moulder, Tenoner, Saws, etc.)
Produce both bespoke and high-volume joinery components
Read and follow technical drawings and written instructions
Work with the team to determine best machining methods and tooling
Report discrepancies before production begins

Key Skills for a wood Machinist:
Proven experience as a Wood Machinist
Strong joinery and machining skills
Ability to read technical drawings
NVQ or City & Guilds in Wood Machining- desirable
Experience with CNC machinery- desirable
