The Role Victor Manufacturing are seeking an experienced, proactive, flexible and reliable individual to join our joinery and contracts specials team in the role of Woodshop Working Supervisor. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the supervision of the joinery / woodshop department to ensure the joinery and solid surface works for our bespoke counter systems and standard products are manufactured on time and to the highest of quality standards. Duties include but are not limited to: Supervising effectively and proactively the staff in your department to ensure the prioritisation of workloads, maintenance of quality standards, safe systems of working and identifying any training needs.
