Do you hold the required qualifications (ECITB NVQ Mechanical Level 3 and CCNSG) and, ideally, an IOSH Managing Safely certificate?

The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Work Pack Engineer for a permanent, on-site position in Bridgwater. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and managing work packs in line with site-specific procedures, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Your duties and responsibilities will be Carry out all work pack preparation in accordance with client policies and procedures. Ensure work packs are completed within the required planning timescale to meet contractual KPIs and OTIF targets. Raise early warnings for potential delays and liaise with the Fabrication Manager to minimise disruption. Chair weekly planning meetings, review progress, address delays, and maintain an up-to-date planning action log.
