Where will you be working?
BGEN is one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the Water, Power & Energy, Pharmaceutical, Nuclear and Food and Beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.

What will you be doing?
You will guide the full bid process with a calm, organised approach, keeping teams connected and informed from start to finish.
You will create clear plans, timelines, and deliverables, and lead kick‑off meetings, progress reviews, and debriefs.
You will work closely with technical, commercial, legal, and operational teams to gather inputs and craft polished, client‑ready documents.
You will maintain a well‑structured bid library, track opportunities, and keep CRM records up to date.
You will support pricing with accurate data, manage clarifications and Q&A, and share daily tender‑portal updates to keep everyone aligned.
What you'll bring:
Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple deadlines
Clear, polished written communication and document‑production abilities
High attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality
Ability to influence and collaborate across departments
Understanding of governance, approvals, and risk processes
Proactive, supportive approach in fast‑paced environments
Competence with MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, and CRM tools
Discretion and care when handling confidential information
