Role Title: Workday Specialist

Duration: contract to run until 27/11/2026

Location: London, hybrid

Rate: up to £460 p/d Umbrella inside IR35

Clearance required: You must hold a British Passport

Role purpose / summary

A Workday Specialist is responsible for designing and configuring Workday modules, implementing business rules, and customizing the system based on business needs.

You'll work in close partnership with a range of both external and internal stakeholders, to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and with seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and accountability. Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure timely delivery of milestones and maintain quality standards throughout the lifecycle. Serve as the central point of contact. Facilitate clear communication and manage expectations across all levels of the organisation.

Essential Skills & Experience:
