The farm places strong emphasis on responsible employment practices, staff wellbeing, and operational efficiency.Worker Welfare & Office Administrator - The Job Role Details:You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of the farm while supporting worker welfare, accommodation coordination, and compliance requirements. Working closely with the management team, you will act as the key point of contact between the farm business and its workforce, helping to create a safe, organised, and supportive working environment.This role combines office administration, workforce coordination, and welfare responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while maintaining strong organisational and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for workers, visitors, and staff within the farm officeConduct worker welfare check-ins and support safeguarding procedures to ensure wellbeing and ethical working practicesVerify Right to Work documentation and maintain accurate personnel recordsCoordinate worker inductions and onboarding processes for new arrivalsManage and allocate onsite accommodation, recording occupancy and addressing maintenance requestsMaintain welfare facilities and ensure accommodation standards remain professional and compliantAssist workers with practical matters such as HMRC queries, pension information, and medical appointmentsMaintain clear communication with the workforce through multilingual notice boards and updatesProvide administrative support to the farm management team and directorsAssist with compliance documentation and audits relating to labour standardsPrepare reports relating to workforce or production data where requiredIdeal Candidate Skills & Experience:Strong administrative or office management experienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to support a diverse workforceHighly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasksConfident working with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPointProfessional, approachable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretionSelf-motivated with a proactive and positive attitudeExperience working in agriculture, horticulture, or fresh produce environments is advantageousDesirable:Ability to speak Romanian or Russian to support communication with seasonal workers Previous experience working in farm administration, labour compliance, or worker welfare roles Experience working with agricultural or workforce management softwareWorking Hours:Full-time, with some flexibility required during peak seasonal periodsHow to Apply:Please click on the 'apply now' button.
