Workforce Officer Helping our most inactive communities become and remain physically active is challenging. As our Workforce Officer you’ll play a pivotal part in building the support systems and opportunities that communities need to move more. This new role is ready to be shaped by someone with the skills and passion for developing people and the role physical activity can play in supporting physical and mental wellbeing across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
Pay and Benefits Full time role (35 hours per week) Salary range £25,700- £32,500 25 Days holiday (plus bank + public holidays) Flexible hybrid working 10% Employer pension contribution Role Highlights You’ll be operationally supporting the workforce to develop their skills and mindsets, so they are better able to support communities to move more.
