Working Foreman

London (Zones 1–5)

£50,000 – £60,000 | Full-time | Site-based

We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman to work across multiple live sites in London Zones 1–5, supporting day-to-day site delivery while acting as a key link between the client and site teams.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable being client-facing, takes pride in their work, and is happy to roll their sleeves up when needed.

The role:

• Acting as the on-site point of contact between the client/customer and delivery teams
• Supporting the Project Director with site coordination and progress
• Overseeing daily site activity to ensure works are running smoothly
• Maintaining high standards of site presentation, safety and quality
• Being hands-on when required. Including general site tidiness, minor touch-ups, snagging, or small works.

About you:

• Proven experience in a working foreman / site-based supervisory role
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing directly with clients
• Practical, solutions-focused and willing to “chip in” when needed
• Good attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
• Comfortable working across multiple London sites
• Reliable, organised and professional. You’ll be the face of the business on site
