Working Site Foreman Central Belt & EH Postcode Areas
We are currently recruiting for two experienced Working Site Foremen on behalf of a well-established client, covering various sites across the Central Belt and EH postcode areas.
This is a hands-on role. You will be leading from the front while working alongside your team to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities: Lead operatives on site and ensure works stay on programme

Carry out and oversee all aspects of groundworks, including drainage, plot works, kerbing, and concrete

Liaise effectively with site agents and site managers

Accurately complete day works sheets, timesheets, and material requisitions

Ensure strict adherence to all health & safety regulations

Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship

Train and support less experienced operatives

Lead by example at all times

Requirements: Proven experience in all aspects of groundworks

Valid CSCS card (and any other relevant site certification required for access)

Full UK driving licence

Strong leadership and communication skills

Upcoming projects are primarily housing developments, although future works may vary.
