Looking to take ownership of a skilled civils team on a secure, long-term site? Our client is hiring a Working Site Supervisor to join their growing business — this is a hands-on role, based permanently on a secure site in Hertfordshire. About the Role: As the new Working Site Supervisor , you'll be responsible for coordinating a civils team delivering both maintenance and project works. You’ll work closely with another on-site supervisor (managing a separate team), and be in daily contact with their friendly, responsive office-based team. This role is ideal for someone who is calm, organised, patient, and highly effective at communication — with a proactive, can-do attitude and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
