Working Supervisor – Agricultural Machinery Location: Stockton-on-Tees | Pay: £18.50 – £20 per hour (DOE) Overtime available on weekends Are you an experienced technician ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a  Working Supervisor  to lead by example in a busy agricultural workshop. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the Service Manager, guide your team, and ensure top-quality service and repairs are delivered to customers. Your Role You’ll split your time between supervising the workshop and working on the tools. You’ll help coordinate daily operations, mentor technicians, and maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service.
